A 3hr class. Saturday, December 18h. 1p -4p. Step by step instruction for a variety of piping methods and creative designs. Skills taught in this class include: making frosting from scratch, printing, script writing, stars, instant flowers, ruffles, basic borders and 3d figure piping This is a great starter class for students with no decorating experience. All students will leave with 9 decorated cupcakes, instructions, recipes and basic decorating kit.
This class is every Thursday morning 10a-11a. Each student must be accompanied with an adult assistant. In this class step by step instruction will be given for students to decorate 6 tasty cupcakes. (adult assistants are free)
This class is Saturday, December 17 at 11a -2p. This class teaches basic step-by-step fondant decorating techniques. Student will learn to color, knead, roll out and cut fondant. Also taught in this class are simple decorating techniques and how to cover a cake with fondant and make simple characters. Each student takes home the cake they created. All supplies and insrtuctions are provided in this class.
This is a fast paced 2hr class for students with some decorating knowledge. Techniques taught in this class include: Fancy borders, overpiping, basic string work, scallops, scrolls, beading and 2d figure piping.
In this class learn to make 20 different flowers using buttercream frosting and the amazing basketweave design. Flowers include: Instant drop flowers, Roses, Daisy, Violet, Lily of the valley, Dafadil, Petunia, Morning Glory, Carnation Poinsetta, Bachelor Button, Pansy, Sweet Pea, Rosettes, Rose Buds, Blue Bells, Poppy, Lily, Nasturtaim. Your finished product will be an edible basket of flowers you created.
