What Will Your Next Cake Look Like
A 2 hr class Every Mon 6p-8p. Step by step instruction for a variety of piping methods and creative designs. Skills taught in this class include: printing, script writing, stars, instant flowers, ruffles, ribbons, basic borders and 3d figure piping This is a great starter class for students with no decorating experience.
This class is every Tuesday morning 11a-12n. Each student must be accompanied with an adult assistant. In this class step by step instruction will be given for students to decorate 6 tasty cupcakes. (adult assistants are free)
This beginners class is every Wednesday evening 6p-9p. This class teaches basic step-by-step fondant decorating techniques. Student will learn to color, knead, roll out and cut fondant. Also taught in this class are simple decorating techniques and how to cover a cake with fondant. Each student takes home the cake they created.
This is a date night class for couples. Date night is every Friday 6p-8p. In this class basic instruction will be given for couples to decorate a unique cake together. Don't worry these cakes are already frosted you just combine your talents to decorate. To make things even more exciting bring your own wine, spritzers, wine coolers or beer to enjoy with your cake (no hard liquor please).
For advanced students. Workshops are 4hrs every Wednesday 11a-3p.
1st Tuesday - Teapot cake
2nd Tuesday - Tennis shoe cake
3rd Tuesday - Designer Purse cake
4th Tuesday - Car cake
This is a fast paced 2hr class is for students with some decorating knowledge. Techniques taught in this class include: Fancy borders, overpiping, basic string work, scallops, scrolls, beading and 2d figure piping.
In this class learn to make 20 different flowers using buttercream frosting and the amazing basketweave design. Flowers include: Instant drop flowers, Roses, Daisy, Violet, Lily of the valley, Dafadil, Petunia, Morning Glory, Carnation Poinsetta, Bachelor Button, Pansy, Sweet Pea, Rosettes, Rose Buds, Blue Bells, Poppy, Lily, Nasturtaim. Your finished product will be an edible basket of flowers you created.
